Erica is the friendly face behind the scenes, helping keep our office running smoothly and ensuring every client feels welcome from the very first call. She earned her degree in Business Management from Stetson University and enjoys using her organizational skills and customer service experience to support both our team and the families we serve. Erica loves connecting with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive experience for every client as they begin their training journey.

When she's not at work, you'll find Erica spending quality time with her husband and kids, getting in a good workout, or enjoying a day at the beach. As a dog lover and family-oriented person, she's proud to be part of a team that's passionate about helping both people and their pups build stronger, happier relationships.
